We are entirely focused on providing the best possible service to our customers, across the length and breadth of the country. We also work very hard to provide all our own people with the training programmes and mentoring necessary to allow you to maximise your potential.

Training & Development
We aim to help every member of our staff reach their potential, but as you'd expect, what you get out depends on what you put in.
o Our induction training is accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), meaning that once you’ve successfully completed our 13 week training programme you’ll receive 10 points towards an industry recognised qualification. This can be your first step to a real career in the insurance industry.
o To develop your skills in your current position we have an on-site learning facility called the Learning Lab. We’ll give you at least an hour a month away from your desk to work through a course of your choice. These include training in everything from ‘Closing the
o In addition to the Learning Lab we also have a Consultant Development Programme, which is designed to work with you to develop your skills, with courses like objection handling, effective communication, personal motivation & assertiveness.
